With the re-introduction of the B3, Hammond have found themselves on a unique path, one of devotion and dedication to a sound that has motivated and inspired a generation. Hammond's unique sound is unbeatable, and as a company they have moved beyond the constraints of traditional sampling technology and embraced their roots with the new and critically acclaimed digital tonewheel generator.

Recently Hammond introduced a new range of, what can only be described as stunningly attractive, designer instruments for the home and stage. These traditional Hammond organs feature twin 61 note keyboards, reverse colour preset keys, and  a host of features to be expected from a Drawbar Hammond.

Whilst many modern musicians enjoy the Hammond sound on its own merit, many still require the additional support of orchestration and rhythms, or simply have moved to Hammond from a background of Theatre or Classical music. It has become apparent that many of our customers in the United Kingdom  simply cannot accept an instrument that requires external sound modules and the cables that are required. 

Project Exceed, the brainchild of Trevor Brown answers the question on the lips of most home and stage ensemble organists.... "How do I get the fantastic Hammond organ sound and the best modern rhythms and orchestration available in one unit?" HammondZone marries the superb Hammond Organ M44 to what is in our opinion, currently the best external sound source on the market: Ketron, but without the messy stand and cables required to connect the instruments together. The result is what is arguably the best Hammond voiced spinet organ available but with enhancements that will not disappoint!

In short, project Exceed is an aftermarket addition to Hammonds M44 spinet. It is available by special order only, and can be supplied complete, or as an addition for existing M44 owners. Upgrading an existing M44 is a non destructive procedure, that can, if required be reversed. No additional wiring other than connections to the organs existing MIDI and audio ports are required and as a customer you will have in your possession one of the most beautiful ensemble instruments available today.

It is a natural progression for anyone wanting to replace their XT, XH or XE series Hammonds, or if you are looking for the most 'alive' sound available today.
